Shipping

You will automatically receive a shipping notice when your parcel goes out. Normally we try to ship within 2-3 days but may take longer depending on demand. Please wait at least a week before contacting us.

Please use the tracking number provided to check the progress of your package. We do not know any additional information beyond what is provided by the post office.

Stock

If the product is for sale, it is in stock. We never take pre-orders or take money for items we don't have in inventory. Subscribe below to keep updated!

Support

Include your order number and if possible, a video or picture of the problem you're having for the fastest response.

We can only support and service items that were directly sold by us.
