Shipping

You will automatically receive a shipping notice when your parcel goes out. Normally we try to ship within 2-3 days but may take longer depending on demand.

Check your spam folder in case the shipping notification was filtered.


Respectfully, please wait a week before contacting us about shipping status. Purely in the interests of efficiency, inquiries for orders placed less than a week ago will not be responded to.  

  

International Packages (COVID-19)

International shipping is extremely slow right now. Deliveries may take up to 3 months via the postal network.

Please use the DHL shipping option for faster and insured delivery.

Support

For technical support requests, please include: 

1. Your order number and date of purchase. We can only provide support and service for units that were sold directly by us. For units that were purchased from a reseller, please contact them for assistance.

2. A video or photograph of the problem you are seeing.

3. A full description of your setup.

4. Whether or not you've tried another TV, display and console.

Please help by making sure all requests include the above four items so we can efficiently and easily provide assistance.

Rude, obnoxious or hostile messages will be summarily ignored.
