RetroTINK is a tiny operation. Therefore, we respectfully request that you read this notice first before, for common questions, before contacting us. Streamlining communications will help us focus on getting you product faster! Thank you for your understanding.
1. Shipping: You will automatically receive a shipping notice when your parcel goes out. Normally we try to ship within 2-3 days but may take longer depending on demand. Please wait at least a week before contacting us.
Please use the tracking number provided to check the progress of your package. We do not know any additional information beyond what is provided by the post office.
2. Stock: If the product is for sale, it is in stock. We never take pre-orders or take money for items we don't have in inventory.
3. Support: Please contact us only for support on products sold via our webshop. Include, in your inquiry, your order number and date. We cannot provide support for products not sold directly by us. This includes our products purchased via resellers and all RAD2X devices.
If you need technical assistance, please include a full description of your setup as well as pictures/videos of what you're having difficulty with.
4. Raspberry Pi products: Sorry, we have discontinued all RPi related products and cannot offer additional support or provide assistance for RPi products that were not designed by us.
