November 5th, 2025 Update - Big Changes! US orders continue normally with Expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx and arrives in 2-5 business days. Non-expedited orders take roughly two weeks and use USPS as the last mile carrier. Depending on exactly what you order, the item may be sent from the USA or from overseas. In all cases, tariffs and taxes are pre-paid and there are no extra charges and from the customer's perspective, no different than a domestic shipment.
Effective November 5th, 2025 at 12PM PST: For non-USA orders, we have now partnered with Global-e as our fulfillment and Merchant or Record provider. This means you will have a localized checkout experience with local currency and payment options. Most importantly, unless specified otherwise, all duties and taxes are prepaid and there will be no extra charges before delivery!
International orders continue to be sent directly from our HK warehouse, bypassing US policy induced complications, using DHL Express with service within a week or so to most locations.
We hope that these changes make the checkout and delivery experience much smoother for all customers around the world. Thank you!
May 25th, 2025 Update!
As of now, we have resumed shipping to the USA. For the time being, we are absorbing the costs of the new tariffs as we try to understand the administration's new policies and cost structure. We prepay the tariffs, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
Current USA shipping options:
Expedited - This is sent via DHL or FedEx International and usually arrives in 2-5 business days although on occasion, some individual packages are delayed due to increased inspection rates at the border. Alternatively, expedited orders may also be fulfilled domestically via UPS 2-day depending on our current inventory levels and the items in your order.
Standard - This is sent via air freight with USPS handing the last mile, domestic delivery. Packages usually arrive in about two weeks. For standard shipping, your tracking number will not go live until about a week after you order and your package reaches the domestic mail stream. This is normal.
Some items are only shippable via expedited. In those cases, both standard and expedited have the same costs and will be handled as expedited no matter which option you choose. Less popular items or large bulk orders may also be fulfilled directly from our San Diego location at our discretion.
As before, shipping to the rest of the world continue normally and without interruption. Most items ship directly from Asia, not the USA.

Original April 14th, 2025 Notice:
The administration's new policies have caused significant uncertainty and difficulty in planning and logistics.
Because we have not received guidance from the government on how US shipments will be processed, we have made the difficult decision to suspend US orders effective:
April 23rd for non-expedited shipments.
April 28th for expedited shipments.
Without the proper processes in place at the port, the risk of delayed and lost shipments is simply too high.
Shipping will resume once we have clarity on how we can reliably pre-pay the tariffs on behalf of US customers. In the short term, we will absorb the costs; however, we may need to make price adjustments by summer if the situation is not resolved.
Service to non-USA destinations remains uninterrupted. We will continue to ship directly to our resellers and customers from Asia, bypassing US policy-induced complications and price increases.
