    Shipping and Payment

    RetroTINK only sells items from inventory. We usually ship within 2 to 3 days of order placement. You will receive a confirmation once the package is sent, along with a tracking number.

    Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service.

    US domestic shipments are extremely reliable and usually arrive within 2-4 days of leaving our San Diego location.

    International shipments vary from 1 week to a month or more.

    For international orders, we can assist up to the point where the parcel leaves the United States. Once the parcel has entered your local postal system, you will need to contact your post office for assistance with missing or delayed packages. We have zero control over your nation's postal network.


    Return and Warranty Policy

    Sales are final. If you believe your unit is defective, send it back to me and I will inspect. If the unit is defective, I will reimburse a reasonable shipping fee and send you a new unit at no extra cost. If the unit is functional, then you may pay to have the unit shipped back to you.

    Note: defective means a manufacturing error. Defective does not cover audio/video incompatibilities with your specific console and/or display.
