The sink must be able to accept YPbPr, with sync on Y/Green. For example, using the Wii dongle with a HD15 to SCART cable may not work if your SCART sink can only accept RGBS.

Does not upscale or change the timing. Only for use with scalers like the RetroTINK-4K. Use with other devices at your own risk.
